Process Worker Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Process Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure products are produced according to specifications
  
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  
• Maintain clean and organized work area
  
• Assist with production line set-up and changeovers
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
  
• Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors
  
  Requirements:
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for long periods of time
